Topic Area 1 of 6
Personality and Attitude
Before it's about tools and projects, it's about how I work — and why.
Chapter 01
Introduction
My digital identity
"I don't start with answers. I start with understanding."
Senior IT Consultant — Microsoft 365 · Cloud · Security · Digitalization · AI-supported project work.
Chapter 02
Who I Am
For more than two decades, I've worked independently at the intersection of people, organizations, and technology. What drives me is less the technology itself than the question of what it does for the people who have to work with it.
My career didn't begin in IT, but in direct work with people — in consulting, in customer contact, in listening. That basic attitude has stayed with me, even as my professional focus shifted over the years toward digitalization, Microsoft 365, the web, and IT security.
I like working where clarity is needed: when systems have become confusing, when decisions have to be made under uncertainty, or when an organization wants to take its next digital step without losing control over its data and processes.
I see continuous development as an ongoing task. I approach new tools — including AI systems — deliberately, examine them critically, and use them where they make a real difference. Not because they're new, but because they help.
Chapter 03
My Attitude
"It's not about perfect. It's about sound, accountable, and traceable."
Technology is not an end in itself for me. A solution is only good once it takes weight off the people who work with it every day — not when it's technically impressive.
Responsibility can't be outsourced, not even to a system. Whoever makes a decision has to be able to stand behind it. That's why the professional judgment stays with me, regardless of which tools are working in the background.
Understanding comes before implementing. Before I change something, I want to know why it grew the way it did. Quick fixes that skip this step rarely last long.
